Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 July 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Kiran sp. z o.o. ("we", "us"), the provider of AlertEnu. By creating an account, joining a channel, or otherwise using AlertEnu, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Using AlertEnu

AlertEnu lets you create channels and send notifications to subscribers who have opted in, either directly, on a schedule, or through our API. You may only send alerts to people who have chosen to receive them. You are responsible for the content you send and for complying with applicable law, including rules on unsolicited messaging and data protection.

Accounts

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from within the app; your personal data is removed on deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use and zero tolerance for objectionable content

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You must not use AlertEnu to create, send, or distribute content that:

  • harasses, threatens, bullies, or targets any person;
  • promotes hatred or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or any other protected characteristic;
  • is sexually explicit, or sexualises minors in any way;
  • depicts or incites violence, self-harm, or terrorism;
  • is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, or infringes someone else's rights;
  • is spam or unsolicited advertising, or is sent to recipients who did not opt in;
  • impersonates another person or organisation, or misrepresents its source.

You must also not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or to other users' data.

Reporting, blocking, and enforcement

Every alert you receive can be reported from the ⋯ menu on that alert, and you can block any sender so that you no longer receive their alerts or notifications. Blocking takes effect immediately and the blocked person is not told; you can undo it at any time from your Account page.

Alerts are also screened automatically at publication and abusive language is refused before it can be delivered.

We review every report and aim to act on violations within 24 hours. Depending on severity, we may remove content, suspend or permanently terminate the account responsible, and, where required, report the matter to the authorities. Decisions on flagged content and repeat offenders are at our discretion. You can also contact us directly at info@alertenu.com.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you send. You grant us the limited right to store, process, and transmit it for the sole purpose of operating the service and delivering it to your subscribers. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it for advertising.

Free plan

AlertEnu is free to use, subject to fair-use limits. There are no in-app purchases. Limits may change as the service evolves.

Availability and liability

AlertEnu is provided "as is". We work to deliver alerts promptly and reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or instantaneous delivery, and the service should not be relied upon as the sole channel for life-safety or emergency communications. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using AlertEnu and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, in particular the acceptable use policy above.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service develops; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@alertenu.com.
